Biography and narrative history of American lives: the first generation of rock and roll, preachers and revivalists, explorers, builders and outlaws.
Wants: 25,000–60,000 words, sourced, with a point of view. Does not want: books built from one Wikipedia article.
Booklyn Scripture
Verse-by-verse study guides that work through a book of the Bible in order, with the text on the page.
Wants: complete coverage of a book or a defined section, public-domain translation or cleared rights. Does not want: topical anthologies of favourite verses.
Booklyn Devotion
Daily readings, prayer books, comfort and grief writing, and short-form spiritual growth.
Wants: a real structure — 30, 90 or 365 entries — and a consistent voice. Does not want: repackaged sermon notes.
Booklyn Field
Practical manuals for trades and skills: roofing, turnovers and property work, small engines, home repair, ministry logistics.
Wants: a working practitioner as author, with procedures, measurements and safety. Does not want: theory written by somebody who has never held the tool.
Booklyn Civics
American government and history for general readers and homeschool use, anchored to primary documents.
Wants: accuracy, citations, and a structure a teacher can assign. Does not want: partisan advocacy dressed as history.
Booklyn Voices
Memoir and narrative nonfiction, including recovery, ministry and second-chance stories.
Wants: a specific span of life rather than a whole one, with scenes. Does not want: settling scores in print.
